This product is a new type of large-scale vehicle interception
device developed by Japan for intercepting vehicles. When the
vehicle hits the anti-collision buffer bag above the product, the
impact is absorbed, and part of the force is transferred to the
ground. The rubber plate at the bottom of the device is rubbed
against the ground, forcing the vehicle to stop.
The volume and weight of the product are larger than those of the
same series, and the weight is 45kg/unit, usually two units are
connected for use. Rubber wheels are installed at the bottom to
facilitate mobile deployment. The vehicle interception device is
detachable and can be fixed with screws for easy transportation and
storage.
The vehicle interception device has been crash tested in Italy.
Tests have shown that the safety distance is shortened after the
vehicle hits the device.
The test content and results of the product are as follows:
A 2300kg car hit the device head-on at a speed of 70km/h, and the
vehicle was forced to stop after driving 36 meters.
The test results show that the damage to the vehicle is very small,
only the front bumper is slightly sunken, which does not affect the
normal use of the vehicle.
The internal absorption material of the anti-collision device has
high shock absorption capacity, and has obtained an invention
patent (patent number: ZL 2006 1 0057817.8), it has passed safety
tests overseas.
