Parking principle
After the vehicle hits the upper large absorption part, there is a
certain degree of cushioning effect. Under the action of the lever
principle, the front wheel is quickly lifted, and the momentum of
the vehicle is directed downward to the ground, so as to greatly
reduce the forward power. The power is transferred to the rubber
pad at the bottom of the device, and the vehicle is eventually
stopped under the action of friction.
There are also 8 shock absorption devices at the bottom of the
product. When the vehicle collides, the shock absorption device is
used to absorb the impact force generated by the frontal impact of
the vehicle up to 25°.
Product testing
The product has undergone a crash test at the Japan Automobile
Research Institute. A 10-ton truck crashed at a speed of 80KM/H,
and the braking distance was shortened by nearly 5 meters. Tests
show that the device can effectively shorten the accident distance.
Without using our products, experiments show that the braking
distance is 47.4 meters.
